UK delivery options

Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout. Delivery time starts when your parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. Tracking may take a little time to update after the parcel is handed to Royal Mail. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the confirmation.

International delivery

Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing and local delivery services.

Import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply. Unless shown as included at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import requirements before ordering.

If customs charges cause a problem or your parcel is returned to us, contact us so we can review the order and explain the available options in line with your consumer rights.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will help where possible, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or it is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check the tracking information and contact us. We can help investigate with the delivery provider.
